I have a monthly membership here which is a real bargain. Both Lucy and Sheli are incredible and though small the salon delivers. It’s family owned and operated, and the vibes are great. Red Sox players come here for work, it’s so close to Fenway! You do have to pay attention to game schedules because traffic can be wild when the Sox are playing. This is not a crazy hotel spa in Boston but in my opinion it’s the best!

I was having some serious nerve pain with TIGHT muscles in shoulders and neck and I was in need of relief quickly. I am so happy I was able to get same day appointment with the spa. The lobby and restroom were very clean. The massage room was perfectly lit and smelled nice. My masseuse, Lucy welcomed me with a warm smile and asked if there were any issues we needed to address. Let me say, after receiving numerous massages over the past 20+years , Lucy has the magic hands! She knew exactly what I needed, where I needed it and the intensity that was required to work out my muscles. Lucy located areas I didn’t even feel or realize needed to be worked out. Very appreciative to Lucy and Sway Spa. Thank You

Amazing experience from start to finish ! Relaxing , beautiful waiting area. Lucy my massage therapist and was so precise in eliminating my knots and always making sure that I was not in pain. 100/100 experience. I will be back for sure ! I was so gifted a gift from the spa for my birthday ☺️an extra added bonus and such a sweet detail

Second time at Sway and this will be a regular spot for me. I had a Swedish massage with Lucy. She took time to understand problem areas and then took them to task, working out a couple of sports injuries. The Spa is convenient, clean and well kept, the team are all friendly, and Lucy is a miracle worker - strong and knowledgeable.

My facial with Kate was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable about my skin type and the best products to use. On top of that, she was such a lovely person to chat with during the hour, making the experience both informative and wonderfully calming

My overall experience at Sway was great. I was greeted warmly at the front desk when I arrived and offered refreshments immediately. My therapist, Lucas was incredibly attentive. He asked about any problem areas beforehand and then pairs attention to those parts of my body. In the past I’ve had massages where it felt like the therapist was just going through the motions to get it over with, but my experience with Lucas was the complete opposite. It felt like he was paying attention to my body, and focusing on the areas that really needed it. I highly recommend Sway. The prices are on the higher side but I think it’s absolutely worth it.

My husband got a couples’s massage package for us to celebrate February 14th, our appointment was scheduled for Feb 20th but they called us to reschedule due to some building issues they needed to fix, they closed for a whole month and our appointment was rescheduled for March 7th, they also gave us a discount! When we walked in the building they were very professional and service driven, they offered us a drink and we didn’t even have to wait at all, the ladies we requested for our facials and massages were there to receive us and the place was super clean, every room smelled different and amazing! The facial was so relaxing and the products they used were soothing and hydrating. The massage was another level, the lady knew exactly what’s spots to get, I work as a dental assistant and my shoulders always hurt, I didn’t tell this to the lady but she found the spots that she needed to work all by herself. I regret not remembering the ladies names, they deserve to be paid well. Overall a great experience, it’s a luxury but for sure worth it if you’re going to this place! I will recommend to everyone I know!

I had an incredible experience at Sway Spa! The moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the most calming, luxurious scent that instantly put me at ease. The atmosphere is relaxing, beautifully designed, and truly sets the tone for a perfect spa day. My massage was absolutely amazing, one of the best I've ever had. The technique, pressure, and attention to detail were all exceptional. A huge thank-you to George and his wonderful staff for creating such a warm, professional, and rejuvenating experience. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend Sway Spa to anyone looking for top-tier care and a truly restorative treatment.
